Instrument(s) with a 30-day risk-free trial period may be returned provided the return is authorized by Next Advance within 30 days of delivery of the instrument(s) and provided that the instrument(s) has not been misused or otherwise returned in a poor, damaged, or defective condition because of misuse or negligence by the user. Instruments not covered under a 30-day trial, or equipment for which the 30-day trial has passed, will not be accepted for return. Items that are returned and found to have been damaged, misused, or otherwise devalued will be subject to an additional fee or may not be deemed refundable, as determined by Next Advance.
Accessories and other non-consumable, non-instrument purchases may be returned at the discretion of Next Advance, provided the return is authorized by Next Advance within 60 days of delivery of the items. Such returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are returned and found to have been damaged, misused, or otherwise devalued will be subject to an additional fee or may not be deemed refundable, as determined by Next Advance.
Consumables may be returned provided the return is authorized by Next Advance within 30 days of delivery provided that they are unopened and in their original packaging. Consumables are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Consumables that are found to be opened, tampered with, adulterated, fully or partially used, or in any condition other than they were originally sent from NAI will not qualify for a refund.
How to Return an Item
To return an item (during a trial period or otherwise), please call Next Advance or e-mail [email protected]. Be ready to provide the purchase order or invoice number and, for instrument returns, the serial number of the instrument. A return authorization number will be given to you and you may also receive special packing and / or shipping instructions. The refund will be approved after we receive the item and confirm its condition. We make every effort to process refunds as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks after receipt of the item by Next Advance for the refund to be processed.
How to Request a Repair
To request a repair of a malfunctioning item, please contact technical support by phone or e-mail [email protected]. Be ready to provide the purchase order or invoice number and, for instrument repairs, the serial number of the instrument, and a detailed description of the malfunction. A repair authorization number will be given to you. In some cases, the user may be able to repair the defect. In such circumstances, the user will have the option of fixing the device or sending it to Next Advance for repair. In the event the item will be returned to Next Advance for repair, you may also receive special packing and / or shipping instructions. We make every effort to perform all warranty repairs as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks after receipt of the item for Next Advance to complete the repair.
